What Padraigh's Alehouse Needs
- (2) Car canopies for use as a kitchen area and as a dining/commons/gathering area
- An assortment of cooking equipment
- Several stoves ( a 3 burner, a 2 burner and a king cooker)
- As we have been growing we need to start looking into storage space
We still need to gather the money for:
- One more car canopy for use as a for use as a "playroom"
- Several large coolers for the kitchen area food storage
- Firewood (all the better for dancers to dance around!)
- 2X3's for the sheetwall
- A gate ( I also need ideas as to what you all would like it to look like)
- Miscellania (I.E. Spices, Tucker tote sinks, Ice for the coolers, Bleach, Tiki torches, citronella, etc.)
And of course the NUMBER ONE thing we need bar none is PEOPLE!!! The more people we have the easier it is all around (plus we get more space!). Every year we need 3 "ghost" campers for the canopies, shower, firepit etc.
Some of this will be covered by the camp fees, but other things can be covered by donations. If you have anything you can donate or want to bring to aid the camp it will be GREATLY appreciated! It will also help keep camp costs down for future years (The more we do now means the less we need later and soon it just becomes maintenance/upkeep). I am currently compiling prices on everything we need or if you have some then email them to me. Another suggestion is to join the MAIL LIST in that we can discuss and plan it more. The more people contribute, the easier it becomes!
